Glass Forest - sketch

SO i spent all day on this. thanks goes to unit and his Macroglass II.. earlier today i stumbled upon it and when i first looked at it i thought it was a fall forest scene at sunset (leave me alone, i've been awake for thirty hours ).. those little um, character thingies are something i started doodling randomly yesterday.. i have no idea what they are so yeah. theyre fun and easy to draw but yeah, unit's pic made me think of glass trees aaaand i thought maybe my little fluffy winged guys would look right playin under them.. um... i'm going to color this, it isnt done at all, but i spent so long on it today so i hadda submit it i plan on using colors similar to the ones in unit's photo... um... this is long. i'll shut up now. forgive the messy scan..
